At our meeting on the 24th March, we were delighted to welcome Tracey Hartley, Residential Director of the Howard de Walden Estate. Tracey is responsible for the management of 800 homes across 92 acres in Marylebone. Tracey provided a fascinating insight into the challenges of managing both her team and her tenants throughout lock-down covering a broad range of topics from the importance of collaboration with other residential property portfolio managers through to the permanent, positive changes that she believes the pandemic will deliver.
