I began my career in the property industry in 2003, starting as a sales negotiator for a corporate agent in Northampton. I fell in love with the industry and worked across both corporate and independent estate agents across Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Staffordshire & Shropshire, in roles from negotiator, to valuer, to management. After 10 years within agency I made the decision to work in the supplier side of the industry, exploring new opportunities. I have found my true passion in B2B, supporting the estate agency industry with new and innovative products to help streamline their processes. I am currently Partnership Manager with Smart Compliance. I was privileged enough to attend a Women in Residential Property event on mental health & wellbeing and the importance of it in the workplace, and it really hit a note within me that more needs to be done to allow this kind of support to reach more women locally to myself. I am incredibly excited and passionate about creating a safe forum for women to voice their feelings, concerns and ambitions in an arena where they will be heard and supported.

Regional Representative – East Midlands and Leicestershire

Nagma is a qualified solicitor and Conveyancing Manager with over 15 years of experience specialising in residential property. She is passionate about employee development, and in her leadership role has prioritised enhancing employee skills in order to extract the best out of team members to achieve their goals. Providing efficient ways of working has aways been at the heart of what she does. Nagma aims to achieve the right blend of listening skills and expression of ideas in a cohesive manner with a view to creating rapport and forging beneficial professional links where necessary.

Regional Representative – London (Conveyancing)

Zara has worked in the property sector for over ten years. She currently deals with a broad range of Conveyancing transactions focussing on the London and Greater London area. She deals with a broad range of property transactions on behalf of individuals, commercial clients and management companies. Zara is also a passionate advocate for women’s rights and equality.

Regional Representative – Cambridge/Peterborough/Northamptonshire

Samantha is a Consultant Licensed Conveyancer currently working with Setfords Solicitors and has over 10 years’ experience and is Regional Representative for the Peterborough/Northamptonshire area.

Samantha believes that conveyancing is not a ‘one-size fits all’ process and each client and transaction is unique. She also believes that the key to transactions progressing as smoothly and as quickly as possible is communication. She is keen to collaborate with other parties in the industry to see what advances can be made to improve the customer experience in conveyancing as a whole.

Shannon Smith is a Lettings Business Manager for Andrews Property Group and has been in the property sector for 7 years. She is Level 3 Qualified in Property Practice & Advice and is passionate about helping landlords maximise their investments whilst providing a good quality home for prospective tenants.

Regional Representative – Lincoln

With nearly two decades of expertise in the property sector, I am a self-employed Mortgage and Protection Broker working with Your Mortgage Hub, based in Lincoln, dedicated to ethical practices and ensuring the best outcomes for my clients. I spend a lot of time researching s the market changes to aid my understanding of the intricacies of the mortgage market, allowing me to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each individual or family. Guided by a commitment to integrity and transparency, I prioritise building trusting relationships with my clients, always putting their interests first. My second role in life is as a Counsellor and I believe that my willing to really listen to what my clients need, is what drives me to work in their best interests. 

My approach to brokerage emphasises not just securing mortgages but also safeguarding my clients’ financial well-being through comprehensive protection strategies. By staying abreast of industry trends and regulations, I ensure that my clients receive informed advice and support at every stage of their property journey. With a reputation for professionalism and reliability, I am dedicated to empowering my clients to make sound financial decisions that pave the way for their long-term success and security in the property market.

Regional Representative – Tamworth

I began my legal career in Litigation as a paralegal and after a couple of years, took the opportunity to make a move over to property and have been working in Property law now for over 20 years! I started with newbuild, moved over to residential conveyancing and then back to new build and now deal with all areas.

Over the years I have worked for small high street firms to large corporate firms and have enjoyed each experience thoroughly as it brings another layer to the bits about the job I enjoy. I love working with people and seeing them through their journey to owning their home. First time buyers always bring me joy and seeing them take that step on to the housing ladder and the excitement it brings for them really makes it worthwhile.

I am a Partner at XYZ Law and although I now do less on hands conveyancing (although still have a few files to keep my hand in), I still enjoy the process and collaborating with different organisations within the property sector to try to improve the conveyancing process and make the client journey as seamless as it can be.  Part of that is working with our team at XYZ and helping with their development and progression.  Working in conveyancing by nature can be extremely stressful and I believe that communication with all parties is paramount.  Ensuring younger members of the team have that confidence is really rewarding and seeing young people grow and become confident in their own ability really makes my job worthwhile.  I am also incredibly passionate about mental health and wellbeing in the work place. Being responsible for young people in our profession is a huge responsibility and ensuring that women feel seen and heard and being able to voice their feelings, concerns and thrive in a high pressured environment is of paramount importance to me.

Regional Representative – Wiltshire

Elle is a Key Account Manager at Iamproperty which is leading the way in providing an ecosystem of solutions for Estate Agents with over 6,000 Partner Agents in the network, having worked in the industry for over 12 years, working in various roles including being a qualified Mortgage Consultant, Branch management in Agency and most recently the supplier space for the last 4 and half years. Elle works in the Franchise channel at Iamproperty on the Iamsold team and over the last 12 months they have doubled the income taken and paid to their Franchise partners, and 2024 is set to be another record year!

Elle is a full-time working mum of two and outside of work loves nothing more than spending time with her family and friends. Socially Elle loves an evening out and would never say no to Karaoke!

I am a Solicitor with a speciality in Residential Conveyancing dealing with all types of Conveyancing transactions.  I have a particular expertise in acting for Deputies.

I regularly write Articles and give training seminars to third parties.

I have supported the University of Plymouth’s Mentoring Scheme for over 8 years, being passionate about providing mentoring support to students.

Outside of her professional commitments, Hannah is a mother, wife, and triathlete, she balances her time between family and personal pursuits. Weekends often find her engaged in running, cycling, open water swimming, or hiking in the forest or along the coast.

Evelyn first entered the estate agency in 1992.
Since then she has had success with building a financial services business and a ladies gym.
Following a career break with a young family, Evelyn was drawn back to estate agency in 2016 working for an online business then setting up her own agency in 2018 with Keller Williams. She opened up her first market centre in January 2020 in her hometown of Glasgow. KW Scotland has grown rapidly under her leadership and her vision is create the optimum environment for agents to thrive and be profitable which in turn will provide clients with a much higher level of personal service when moving home. Her passion is helping others and will continue with that as she grows the team of agents throughout Scotland

Laura is a seasoned Conveyancer who has charted an impressive career from a humble beginning as a Legal Secretary to  achieving the prestigious position of Partner at Bell Lamb & Joynson.  Recognising her potential, Laura pursued her higher education while working, eventually obtaining her FCILEx qualification.  In her role as Partner she plays a pivotal role in shaping the direction and success of the Conveyancing Department.  She brings a wealth of experience and competence to the table, providing strategic guidance, mentorship and supervision to her colleagues.  With unwavering determination, dedication and a passion for her Team, she has demonstrated remarkable leadership and expertise as Head of Department.  Her story serves as an inspiration to aspiring legal professionals and underscores the limitless possibilities that can be achieved through tenacity and hard work.

I’m the Sales Director at Homebox and I’ve had the pleasure of working in the property and financial services sector since 2010. I’ve got a decade of experience under my belt as a supplier to the lettings industry, too!

Not only do I love my role but I’m also a regional ambassador for Agents Giving. I’m really passionate about giving back to the community and making the property sector better for everyone, and especially about creating more opportunities for women.

When I’m not working, I love spending quality time with my husband and our two beautiful daughters. I’m all about a good staycation, and there’s nothing better than winding down with a good book and a glass of my favourite wine.
