Join us for another fantastic opportunity to meet women operating across the residential property sector over a wonderful two course meal.

We are delighted to confirm Bex Coxshall and Georgie Harris from Mums Who Build aka The MOB as our guests speakers.

The MOB is the community enabling mums to build more financial security. (NBThe MOB focuses on mums as they are the one’s hardest hit a lot of the time, however everyone is welcome to join; all ages and stages in life).

The MOB provide tools, education and support for mums to build their financial security. The tools and the community enable mums & their families to thrive, not simply survive. In April, they launched their Household Financial Security Building Toolkit and is free for all members. And in May they will be launching an on-demand education and community platform for women to build financial security.

The MOB is founded by two mums, Bex and Georgie.

When Bex became a mum in 2022, she left a 12-year career in commercial finance at brands including Apple and Red Bull and started a management consultancy business.

On maternity the foundations of The MOB began to be formed. She is now rebuilding her financial security as she builds her business and The MOB.

Bex first experienced what financial security meant to her when her parents got divorced when she was six; she and her brother watched as her mum returned to work and experience the challenges of single motherhood; moving home, changing schools, changing identity and lifestyle.

Influenced by her mum’s independence, Bex qualified as an accountant early in her career and progressed into leadership positions within finance, operations and people. She now runs The MOB as product lead and a management consultancy BC Taylor Limited, where she enables businesses, leaders and teams, to create cultures that bring out the best in their people and achieve bigger top and bottom-line results in doing so.

Georgie worked in Burberry as part of the PR team who launched Burberry Beauty to the world prior to becoming a mum. When she became a mum, she began an eight-year career pause as she grew into being a SEN mum and care for her family. She is now building her financial security with The MOB as community lead.

They are bringing their combined +20 years of experience across Finance, Marketing and Leadership together, to share it with The growing MOB community.

“Mothers are incredible. Mums build bloomin’ humans, we can build anything when we work together in The MOB”

The MOB’s mission is to close the wealth gap in the UK by empowering women to take control of their financial security and build on it through wellbeing, connection and financial fitness.

The MOB meet regularly on a Friday morning for an informal coffee morning at St Mary’s Church at 9.30am – 11am (in winter); see the website for more details at www.mumswhobuild.com, and they offer a range of products and services on their website, with regular webinars and events happening with special guests throughout the year.
