Expert Panelists

Hannah Howard-Jones is a Chartered Surveyor with c. 20 years’ experience across the residential property sector. She has held senior client-side leadership roles working for family offices, REITs, PLCs, developers, managing agents, and both for-profit and not-for-profit registered providers, with experience managing residential portfolios at scale (up to 58,000 homes).
Now a consultant at Data Clan, a specialist data consultancy, Hannah helps property owners, operators and occupiers build the trusted data foundations needed to improve decision-making, strengthen governance and realise the practical benefits of AI. Bringing together expertise in property, data and technology, she is passionate about using data to solve real-world property challenges, strengthen relationships between stakeholders through greater transparency and insight, improve asset performance, and deliver better outcomes for organisations and residents.

Kim Bird is the AI Implementation Lead at HM Land Registry (HMLR), responsible for driving the organisation’s adoption of artificial intelligence and ensuring AI is delivered safely, ethically, and effectively across the business. In this role, Kim works closely with senior leaders, digital and data teams, service owners, and external partners to identify, prioritise and scale AI opportunities that improve services, increase productivity and deliver measurable value for customers and colleagues. Kim leads work on AI strategy, implementation, governance, capability building and organisational maturity, helping HMLR move from experimentation with AI to embedding it as a sustainable business capability.

Jess McQuillan is the Chief Operating Officer at GetGround, the first AI powered end-to-end property investment platform. Before joining GetGround in 2020, Jess qualified at Simmons & Simmons LLP as a finance lawyer, as well as working at LendInvest, the UK’s leading online property finance marketplace, as Senior Legal Counsel.

Sara Wilson – Executive Director of IT at Foot Anstey – has over 25 years’ experience delivering technology change into organisations.
Having spent 10 years in Legal Technology at a regional law firm, she subsequently worked for the BBC’s Design and Engineering team delivering some of its flagship online products before moving into the finance and banking sector.
Sara had responsibility for delivering a significant portfolio of technology change as Head of Change Delivery at financial services firm MotoNovo Finance and Group Head of Change at the Aldemore Banking Group.

Tasha Price is a lettings and property operations specialist with over 15 years’ experience in the industry. She is the founder of Dottie Lettings, a Northwich-based lettings agency, and Dottie Consulting, where she supports agencies with administration, compliance and operational efficiency. Tasha is a passionate advocate for the practical and responsible use of AI in lettings, helping agents streamline processes while retaining the human judgement and personal service the industry requires.
