Emma is a Client Director at Thomas Carroll Insurance Brokers where she leads the insurance and risk management proposition for Residential Property Managers and Advisers. Emma has worked closely with the residential property industry for almost 20 years, as both an insurance and risk management adviser and as a director of property data and technology businesses.
Passionate about fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across the industry, Emma is the founder and former Chair of the award-winning Women in Residential Property network and co- Chair of the British Property Federation Cyber Working Group.
Away from her day job Emma runs a wild camping site in Herefordshire and is a Trustee and Ambassador to several charities.

Our commitment to providing exceptional services for conveyancers, solicitors, estate planning professionals and law firms of all sizes has made us the go-to platform for legal updates and industry insights.
Today’s Media act as the secretariat for the WiRP networking group – aimed at women within the property sector. We organise events, foster a hub for collaboration and support, and maintain a website and social media groups where you can join our communities and find information on upcoming events, both online and in person.

With over 20 years of experience, predominantly in the property sector, Donna is a specialist at Talbots Law known for navigating complex residential matters. Frequently advising Deputies and Trustees, she pairs her practical expertise with a focus on industry compliance standards, holding a compliance accreditation from AGRC and is also an Accredited GDPR Officer.
Donna is equally committed to education, presenting regular seminars and training both internally and externally as well as delivering seminars on land law in practice to students at the University of Plymouth. A mentor for over a decade, she uses her role as Ambassador for Women in Residential Property to champion professional development, empowering the next generation of women to lead with technical excellence.
Sally Peake is a Partner in the Residential Property team at Knights, with over 25 years’ experience advising high‑value clients on complex residential and commercial property transactions. She specialises in prime homes, rural and semi‑rural properties, and heritage or listed buildings, offering expert guidance on matters such as private drainage, access and restrictive covenants. Based in Knights Brighton office, Sally is known for her meticulous, personable approach and her ability to deliver clear, pragmatic solutions on multi‑million‑pound transactions.


Yanthé Richardson is an equity partner at growing national top 100 law firm Foot Anstey LLP with a specialism in new build and affordable housing. She has extensive experience advising on all aspects of residential property and a keen interest in the role that technology can play in improving the home buying and selling process.
Sitting on the Land Registry Advisory Council, Digital Property Market Steering Group and acting as the lawyer representative on the New Homes Quality Board’s Code Review Council, she is known as an industry expert in new build matters.
Nina Young is the founder and CEO of Surveyors UK, an independent community for the UK surveying profession. A chartered accountant with over ten years in digital marketing across surveying and property, Nina is a leading voice on AI adoption in surveying.


Jamie is an Operations Director at Complete ASAP with extensive experience in residential property, specialising in operational performance, sales progression, and client experience. Jamie is passionate about supporting and championing women at all stages of their careers, particularly within operational and leadership roles. She strongly believes in the value of community, collaboration, honest conversations and enjoys connecting with others to share experiences, challenges and practical insights from across the industry.
Nicola Ashley is Co-Founder and Director of ntitle Ltd, a UK-based title investigation service for conveyancers. She is a passionate advocate for women in legal careers, championing the recognition of their expertise and experience, and promoting greater inclusion by encouraging women to enter, progress, and thrive within the industry.


Nicola Davies is Co-Founder and Director of ntitle Ltd, a UK-based title investigation service supporting conveyancers. With a strong commitment to innovation within the legal sector, she is particularly passionate about championing female founders and increasing their visibility and influence across the industry. Nicola has a keen interest in the property law and legal tech spaces, recognising their rapid evolution and the opportunities they present for forward-thinking professionals.
Alice Evans has 15 years experience in residential sales and lettings, with a strong track record in delivering client-focused property solutions. She has developed extensive expertise in compliance, ensuring all transactions align with current regulations and best practices. Alice is also highly engaged with emerging Prop Tech, using digital tools and data-driven insights to enhance efficiency, marketing reach, and customer experience. Known for her attention to detail and proactive approach, Alice is now seeking a new opportunity where she can contribute her skills, embrace innovation, and support business growth.


Kirsten Froise – Manager of the International Customer Success Team at Litera, bringing over 25 years of experience across IT, Communications, and Legal SaaS solutions. A Customer Success leader with a strong track record of building strategic partnerships that drive customer satisfaction, value realisation, and long‑term retention. Passionate about enabling clients to achieve meaningful outcomes, Kirsten focuses on ensuring every customer realises maximum value from their technology investments and achieves their strategic objectives within the evolving legal technology landscape.
Kelly Wilson is the Strategic Partnership Director at tmgroup, a leading UK provider of property data, digital conveyancing, and transaction technology. With over 15 years of experience spanning business development, legal technology, and client relationship management, Kelly plays a key role in driving collaboration and innovation across tmgroup’s partner network.
Known for her strategic mindset and partnership-driven approach, Kelly leads on initiatives that strengthen tmgroup’s relationships with law firms, technology partners, and data providers. She is committed to helping clients adopt digital transformation solutions that simplify property transactions and improve efficiency across the conveyancing process.

Libby is the Operations Director at Novello Surveyors, bringing a strong grounding in operational excellence, team leadership, and business growth. Libby embodies a passion for people, building meaningful networks and advocating for women in residential property — believing everyone has something to teach and learn.
Jo is Sales Director at Instant Title Solutions, the first digital broker led Title Indemnity provider. Over the past 12 years she has been involved in two startup journeys within the property technology space.
Jo has built a career focused on innovation, collaboration, and growth working with property law firms across the country, and advocates for women at every stage of their careers, she is driven by a belief that progress happens when diverse voices are heard.


Clare Yates is a consultant at CY Training Works with 30+ years’ residential property experience, helping estate agents and law firms boost business generation, enhance client relationships, and improve customer service through practical, effective training and communication strategies. Clare is a passionate advocate for women and a founding member of Women in Estate Agency and Women in Conveyancing.
Jess – The Property People – brings more than 20 years of global experience working with leading property management companies and FTSE 250 organisations, including Hilton Worldwide and Regus. She specialises in guiding businesses through periods of growth, helping them create sustainable success and a lasting legacy. Passionate about customer experience, brand standards and community building, Jess is known for creating thoughtful, engaging resident experiences that strengthen relationships and wellbeing. She is committed to helping the property industry find innovative, people-focused ways to build thriving communities where residents, teams, and stakeholders feel genuinely connected and valued.

Ruth Beeton is a property solicitor, entrepreneur and innovator with more than 23 years’ experience in the residential property sector. She is the co-founder of HS Conveyancing, Home Sale Pack and RegLand, and is passionate about improving the home moving process through technology, upfront information and practical legal solutions. Ruth is widely recognised for challenging traditional thinking within conveyancing and championing innovation that genuinely supports property professionals and consumers alike.
