InfoTrack is delighted to be sponsoring Women in Residential Property. Aligning with our vision to empower the property sector through collaboration, we understand the desire to make the home moving process easier and more enjoyable for everyone involved. As an organisation which is proud of the diversity and gender balance of our own workforce, we’re looking forward to connecting with other knowledgeable residential property professionals.
As a legal technology provider that is driving innovation in digitising the home moving process by providing conveyancers with the best software at every step in the process, we are constantly working in consultation with legal and property professionals. And that is why we are working with Women in Residential Property, to ensure we can make a difference where it counts and build technology that has tangible benefits for the conveyancing sector.
Making end-to-end digital conveyancing possible
InfoTrack has been instrumental in forging new ideas and ways of approaching common pain points for law firms and home movers. Every step of the way, the vision has been to make the process easier, more secure, and faster for all. And we’ve done this by ensuring conveyancers can manage the home moving process from end-to-end in one sophisticated, convenient platform.
Our end-to-end approach starts with legal and financial checks on home buyers and sellers as well as gathering important information about the property from the home seller. Our Electronic Client Onboarding Solution (eCOS) enables firms to perform digital ID checks, conduct fraud checks, and gather detailed financial and property data that is crucial at the start of a transaction.
Once a client is onboarded, InfoTrack helps the conveyancer create a digital contract pack and order the necessary local authority, property, and environmental searches. InfoTrack also enables management of the enquires process online so solicitors on both sides of the transaction can exchange information and move the process forwards.
One of our biggest innovations is software that enables a conveyancer to quickly and accurately create and personalise a Report on Title for the home buyer, outlining everything they need to know about the property before they make their final decision to buy. These reports automatically draw on HM Land Registry data and information contained in the searches. They also rely on a digital library of regulatory information and legal precedents that we’ve built to ensure the advice the home buyer receives is always up to date.
At the final stage of the process, we pioneered software launched in 2016 to enable firms to digitally lodge the AP1 with HM Land Registry. Since then, over 1.4 million register updates have been made using InfoTrack’s technology, and it has now become the standard approach across the industry.
Innovation is at the core of everything InfoTrack does
Our digital conveyancing platform is an innovation built on many innovations and constantly evolving. Most recently, our dedication to innovation was recognised with the King’s Award for Enterprise in the innovation category. It’s a testament to the ongoing work within the conveyancing sector to smartly integrate technology in a way that supports conveyancers and improves the process of buying or selling a property for everyone involved.
We’re looking forward to building a long-lasting relationship with the members of Women in Residential Property.
